As Senior Vice President of Development, Jerad is responsible for all aspects of commercial real estate development including market identification and site acquisition, entitlement approvals, design and construction management, marketing and leasing, and financing and sales.
Jerad has over 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry and has completed over 3 million square feet of institutional, office, retail, industrial, and multi-family projects. His unique experience as a civil engineer, design-build construction manager, and real estate developer provides clients with an all-encompassing array of services.
Jerad’s core competency is ground-up development, with an emphasis on urban infill student housing development. His experience developing Class A projects at universities across the country has provided a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the unique challenges of the student housing industry.
